Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Period) Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the day the product is received. To exercise this right, you must: Send a written return request to standesk@standesk.eu Return the item within 14 days after submitting your request Important notes (legal): The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is returned in resaleable condition.
